Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are unused and in resaleable condition to qualify for a refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
